Payless Sparkle Wedge

With Payless shoes, there's no question about quality - you're not getting the best. They're not genuine leather and they will probably not last through very rigorous wear. For this reason, connoisseurs of shoes didn't entertain the idea of grabbing a pair of funky heels from Payless, no matter how dire the (financial) circumstances.

However, now that Payless has jumped on their trendy bandwagon, all bets are off. These sparkle wedges are not made of real leather and the wedge is only fake cork, but they look as stylish as any high-end pair and if you're only going to wear them for a season or two, they're a viable option.
