Blow-Me NES T-Shirt

$18.00 Released January, 2007

Product Shot 1 The Pros:Wicked Nintendo vintage look. Funny reference to having to blow the cartridge to make it work.

The Cons:Some could find it offensive.

If you ever owned the original Nintendo Entertainment System (NES), then you likely paid your dues by blowing on a NES cartridge or two.  The worst is when your game locks up at the most critical time.

Product Shot 2...The Adventures of Bayou Billy seemed to lock up all the time for some reason...luckily a quick "blow" on the cartridge was all the technical trouble-shooting required to get it up and running again.   How many people hyperventilated trying to get their classic Contra cartridge to play one last time?

Special K: #blow_me_nes_t_shirt It's funny when you think you've "invented" some wicked method to get your old NES games to work..and it turns out everyone already knows this trick AND they've mada a T-shirt based on this method. They should also have a "Bite Me" T-shirt with a picture of the original controller..i know for a fact many, many people who have taken out their NES frustrations in this manner. Sep 5, 07

dakalvia: #blow_me_nes_t_shirt Another common trick to get the original Nintendo cartridge to work is to stack another cartridge on top of the one already pushed down into the NES. I guess this causes the lower cartridge to "make better contact" inside the machine. Aug 17, 07

Erik: #blow_me_nes_t_shirt This shirt is awesome. How hard you have to blow the cartridge is proportional to the passing of time. I just about faint when I want to bust out the original Tecmo Bowl. The original Nintendo is the best Nintendo. No offense, Wii. Aug 16, 07
